Safefind is committed to making our website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities and users who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to provide a usable, readable, and inclusive experience across desktop and mobile devices.
We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and continue improving accessibility as part of ongoing product development. Some areas may not yet fully meet this standard, but we prioritize accessibility improvements in active release cycles.
Keyboard access
Core navigation and interactive controls are designed to be usable without a mouse.
Screen reader compatibility
We use semantic HTML, form labels, and meaningful text alternatives for key interface elements.
Responsive layout
Safefind is built to work across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
Readable visual design
We aim for clear hierarchy, sufficient contrast, and consistent focus/interaction states.
Some legacy or newly released components may temporarily have accessibility issues such as incomplete labels, focus-order inconsistencies, or suboptimal contrast in edge cases. Where identified, these are tracked and prioritized for remediation.
We test with modern browsers and common accessibility tooling where practical. Your experience may vary depending on browser version, device, and assistive technology configuration.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us at accessibility@safefind.app. Include the page URL, your device/browser, and a short description so we can investigate quickly.
